Warranty Policy

What's Covered

Our 9-day warranty only applies to genuine manufacturing defects that:

• • Existed at the time of production, not caused by use or installation
• • Render the part completely unusable for its intended purpose
• • Are confirmed through inspection and technical assessment

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• • Incorrect part selection or compatibility issues
• • Improper or damaged installation
• • Normal wear and tear
• • Corrosion, rust, or environmental damage
• • Misuse, neglect, racing, or commercial use
• • Consumables (filters, fluids, gaskets, seals)
• • Glass, rubber components, custom or modified parts
• • Second-hand or clearance items

How to Make a Claim

To lodge a claim, you must:

• • Submit a written claim within 9 days of purchase
• • Provide your receipt/proof of purchase
• • Return the part in reasonably original condition (with packaging if possible)
• • Include photos and a clear description of the fault
• • Complete our warranty claim form (provided on request)

All claims are inspected within 14–21 business days. Our assessment is final.

Remedies

If your claim is approved, we may (at our discretion):

• • Replace the part with the same or a similar product
• • Repair the part (if viable)
• • Provide a credit note
• • Offer a refund (less any applicable fees)

Labour, fitting, freight, diagnostic, and incidental costs are not covered under warranty.

Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law. Where consumer guarantees apply, our liability is limited (as permitted by law) to repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the cost of the part.

Other Terms

• • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
• • Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia
• • No staff or dealer is authorised to alter this policy
